When Michelle asked me about canning peaches, I had no idea what I was getting myself into! We started at 6:00 Friday night. 10 hours and 60 quarts later, we realized we had no choice but to pull an all-nighter. I got home at 4:15 (am) and of course, it was the one day that Toby decided to get up at 5:30. At least we had a good time and will be able to enjoy peaches for a while....and Michelle actually thought we might have extra time to make apple butter too!
